  • 1.  User upgraded to Microsoft Office 64 Bit, is having issues with VBA

    Hello, 

    We have a user that upgraded to Microsoft Office 64 Bit.  Now they cannot Open or Create any .bvp file. They also cannot record a new macro. 

    Do they require 64 bit Rocket as well?

    Hi Michael,

    It sounds like the 32-bit MS Office uninstall removed a common MS VBA component needed by 32-bit Rocket TE VBA. I would recommend to uninstall and  reinstall 32-bit Rocket TE VBA should resolve the issue. However, if you need to load BlueZone objects in 64-bit MS Office VBA macros, using Excel or Access, then you will also need to switch to 64-bit Rocket TE and 64-bit Rocket TE VBA.
