 Some users can use 2 or more simutanious sessions, others cannot : BlueZone 7.1 with VBA

    As stated above, some users can be logged into 2+ 3270 sessions and use them
simultaneously while others cannot. 

Concerning the single session users, as soon as they log into another 3270 session, they get booted out of their other session. 

 Is there a setting we can change to allow multiple sessions to be used simultaneously?

Hi Michael,

There is not a setting on the Rocket TE client-side. You will want to check with your mainframe administrator. It is normal we believe for VTAM to not allow multiple logons using the same User ID to the same system.
