Hi Pedro, You can send an email to support@rocketsoftware.com, include your Company name, and the specific product (BlueZone Web, BlueZone PC to Host, Mainframe or VT display, FTP etc…) then provide as much detail as you like. It will get logged and submitted to the product team for evaluation.
BTW - if you have an active license you can register for a support account on the Rocket Support portal
Then you can log cases and track progress.
