  • 1.  Error message Activation License

    Hello,

    When I try to activate my Community edition with the Entitlement ID I get an error message "An error occurred checking out a license (-2): Downloading the license failed, your customer ID is not associated with the specified entitlement ID (1037)."

    What goes wrong?

    Hi,

    I can't assist, but I am having exactly the same problem, so it seems unlikely to be something you are doing.

    I registered and downloaded yesterday.

    I also registered yesterday and downloaded.

    I also sent an email to licensing yesterday with the problem, but not receive an answer yet.

    We have tracked down the problem and are just about to release an update to the installation media. You should expect an email shortly letting you know the problem has been solved.
