Hello,

We are trying to deploy our Uniface 10 application and we get an error message starting it :

"Checkout of license feature UESC failed, reason:
The application that was requested is not licensed.
Borrowed :: The application that was requested is not licensed.
7188@ibsy37qcm :: The application that was requested is
not licensed.
Grace(7188@ibsy37dev) :: Under the current set of conditions,
in the active license environment, grace is not authorized.
compulock :: The application that was requested is not licensed.
Fatal error: 8011 - License not available.
Fatal error: 8011 - License not available.
2020-09-07 14:55:59.20 - Uniface session stopped"

It seems that UESC is a security licence needed since Uniface 9.7.0.5 but this licence is missing in the xml licence provided : We have it in our xml licence for development host but not for our QC host (USRVESC licence is missing too)

Do we have to get a corrected xml licence file ? Or ist this an other kind of problem ?

HI Pascal,

for running Uniface 10 EE, the used license requires the UESC for IDE.exe, Uniface.exe  processes and USRVESC for any userver process.

To acquire the proper license, please contact your Uniface Sales Representative or send your request to License.management@uniface.com
