DLM installation issue

Hi there, I have the following issue: both Uniface 8.4 and 9.6 were installed on our 2 servers (Citrix running on Win 2008). Since 8.4 is not used anymore I uninstalled it from both. One went fine but I can't start the appl. on the other because the license manager does not work anymore. The dlm appl. does not start. I thought I can fix it by uninstall&re-install 9.6 but for some reason the dlm does not get installed. Any idea how can I force it to be completely removed and re-installled?
