I have implemented multiple secure HTTP calls from UniVerse utilizing Security Contexts.  All I need for FedEx is a simple SOAP transmission, which contains the password, authentication, acct#, etc.
Which Basic Extension(s) will do this?  Most of what I see in the manuals seem way more complex tan I need for this.

Nelson,

You can set up the security context for the connection with the setHTTPDefault function, once that is done, you can use the SOAP API to handle the request.

There are some KB items in the Rocket Community Portal that can help.
