Following the changes made yesterday, some of you are seeing contact details on your profile that may not be exactly what you'd like. People who registered with personal emails or different emails than we have in our CRM system may be seeing 'Rocket Forum Shared Account' as their company. Others may also see this, but know we will be working over the next 30 days to align you to your business/company.
While it will take a little time to complete this work, feel free to
contact me if you want any information on profile to be updated on an expedited basis. Another tool you can use is to
update your discussion signature block which is independent from your profile. While you can use your profile details you are also able to fully customize your signature block too.
