  • A Little Refresh for Our Community Home!

    Hi everyone!

I wanted to give you a heads-up about some small updates I’m making to the Community Home layout. Don’t worry—everything you’re familiar with, like the Discussions, Announcements, and Useful Resources drop-down, will still be here. The layout will just have a refreshed look to make things a little easier to navigate.

    Why the change?
The goal is to make this space feel more organized and welcoming while keeping all the features you know and love.

If you have any questions or thoughts, feel free to reach out—I’m always happy to hear from you.

Thanks for being such a valuable part of this community!

  • Sentinel RMS Cloud Services stops working!

Customers running one of these Platforms (WS2008 and WS2012) will NOT be able to download the License file from our EMS system automatically. The Cloud Plugin (SCP) will work, but does NOT download anything.

The SCP.log file will state communication error: [D]Error in communication: 12175

This because the Security on the EMS system, that supplies the license file,  does NOT allow this communication to happen anymore.

Initially, this change happened on April 1, 2024 and will lead to customers to have a License Expiration date of May 12, 2024.

On our request,  we have installed a Temporary file on the EMS that will allow communication again UNTIL the end of July 2024.

Meaning that Customers will be able to download through the SCP until end of July and will get their last downloaded license to expire at the end of August 2024.

Customers will need to UPGRADE their Operating System to Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022 or use a supported Linux / Unix version for their RMS service.

    Notes

    • Uniface Anywhere applications and components are signed with the Certificates issued by Rocket Software Inc.
    • Critical updates supplied under Windows Compatibility Assurance can contain files with code signing Certificates issued by GraphOn Corporation. This is intentional and by design to be able to deliver patches with the lowest risk of downtime of the Host that requires the update.
