As a seasoned Technical Support Engineer I’ve had the opportunity to expose myself to different technologies. My natural curiosity, passion and proactivity has taken me through many career paths and roles within the IT world.
Working for companies such as IBM, Hewlett-Packard, General Motors, ASG Technologies and Rocket Software enabled me to gain experience not only in Support, but also in Development, Project Management and Incident Management.
Throughout my 12+ years of experience I’ve had the privilege of leading support groups in various projects and activities gaining experience in Technical & People Management that I continue to develop to this day.
My passion for technology and modernization sparked in me a great interest for Product Management, but I know that the next natural step in my career is to lead the future of technical support and reshape its meaning.
