Good day,

I am trying to connect to a Universe database using ODBC and have set up my DSN. However when testing the ODBC DSN or opening an ODBC connection to that DSN from C# results in the following error message.

Hi Muhammad,

Is it possible for you to raise a support call with the Rocket U2 support team so we can assist you further with this.

Thanks,

@Jonathan It will unfortunately be a hassle. I get this error when connecting to one specific database on the server. all other databases work fine.

@Muhammad Salman It is unfortunate you do not have to raise a support call as that would be the fastest route and the correct route for getting the problem looked into and resolved.
