Hi Alberto, if you have OpenQM and you're on maintenance, you still need to order it via RBC (no charge) before you have access to a download link. If you purchased OpenQM through a partner, please contact them. Also, in RBC under Resources, RBC Documentation, there are short articles on ordering, downloading, etc. Hope this helps. Kathy
