The Rocket EDX team is excited to announce a new release, Rocket® EDX 6.4.0.0, that focuses on improved communication and process efficiency. Highlights include new functionality to flag overdue acknowledgements, new cross-reference tables and an improved Shopify experience. Here's what you can expect with each new functionality:
Functional Acknowledgement (FA) overdue configuration – We've taken the guess work out of knowing if your trading partner has received documents that you've sent. Now you can create and manage any number of overdue configurations based on partners, document types and trigger durations to align with your business needs. If acknowledgement is not received EDX will change document status from pending to overdue, enabling you to take action.
New Cross-reference tables - The challenge of propriety and different EDI standards across the supply chain is now simplified. Cross-reference tables map data elements between different formats eliminating miss-match that causes issues down the process chain. The Rocket support team establish the tables and share them with customer groups. Next you simply enter your data in the table, and the data is converted before communicating with your partner.
Improved Shopify Experience – With this enhancement, customers have greater visibility into the entire processing cycle, including Fetch and Fulfillment stages being added to indicate order processing status. Source and target views now display inbound and outbound docs in JSON format. In addition, customers can reprocess or resend a failed transaction on an order.
