  • 1.  Git plugin for Uniface IDE

Hi - Do we have a Git plugin available in the Uniface IDE? We are currently migrating the Uniface code from SVN to Git and many of the famous IDEs like Visual Studio/Eclipse/IntelliJ etc have plugin support for Git.

Do we have something similar for Uniface IDE?

    Hi,

If you search the forum then you can find (e.g.) the following posts:
The first one refers to the Work Area Support Utility that can be found in the Rocket Uniface Samples library. As mentioned in the post the sources for the utility can be found on GitHub. The second post refers to a commercial solution. And I think there are users that have created their own IDE plug-in to interface with Git.

    I hope this helps.

    Kind regards,

    Hi

There is no plugins provided but we have written our own integration with Bitbucket, based on $ude functions.
