What is this community all about?
This community is a space for Rocket software customers to ask questions, have discussions, and share ideas about the products they use. Each forum is product or topic-specific.
How do I join the Rocket community?
To join, simply follow the steps here.
How can I join a forum?
In the All Forums tab, you can search for a specific product-related forum or explore to find something that piques your interest.
What is my username/password?
If you have forgotten your login credentials or need assistance with your login information, please click here.
How do I update my profile?
Access your profile and personalized dashboard from the drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of any page. You may update your personal details or account preferences there.
How do I control what information is visible on My Profile?
Please navigate to My Profile page, then select the My Account tab and choose Privacy Settings from the drop-down menu. This will enable you to change what information is visible to the public.
Are there community guidelines?
We foster a supportive and positive community, hence we have established some community guidelines. If you are a registered community member, you have agreed to these rules prior to finishing your sign-up journey. You may review the community guidelines here.
Can I post on a forum?
Yes, you can make use of two types of post types: open-ended questions (when you want to ignite discussion) or questions to be answered (when you need a concrete answer/solution to a problem).
Who moderates the forums?
Our forum moderators ensure your questions get answered. Also, they look after the overall well-being of the community and that the community guidelines are followed.
How do I report a technical problem?
If you encounter any technical problems, please contact the forum’s moderator or the Customer Community Manager via a private message or email (community@rocketsoftware.com).
How do I report inappropriate behavior?
If you believe something doesn’t adhere to our community guidelines, make sure to report it to the respective forum’s moderator or the Customer Community Manager via a private message or email (community@rocketsoftware.com).
How can I connect with other members?
There are many ways to connect: you can join discussions, participate in group activities, or reach out through private messages (if enabled). Introduce yourself and engage in conversations to build connections.
How can I control the frequency and format of emails I receive?
Navigate to My Profile and click on the My Account tab. Choose Forum Notifications from the drop-down menu. On that page, you will find subscription options: Real Time, Daily Digest, and No Email.
  • Real time: sends an email every time a new message is posted
  • Daily digest: sends one email to you each day, consolidating all of the posts from the previous day
  • No Email: this allows you to be part of the group without having emails sent to you. You can still post and read others’ messages by logging into the forum site.
