  • 1.  Errors on Legasuite

    Good Day,
    I am trying to build some APIs using Legasuite but I am getting some unusual errors and I am seeking advice. The first is a simple API that displays different information based on the request. The API will var out the variables from the screen.I have recorded this API step by step and when I step through the API in Legasuite, it works perfect. However, when I run it as " live gateway test" I get the these errors interchangeably - Unexpected unidentified screen error or "java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException". 
     
    The second API works when ran as a "live gateway test" but it does not detect fields within the API to enter the data even though the screen is properly identified and the fields. It should be noted that it works when ran as the gateway test but only when deployed to the SIT environment doest his issue occurs and the API always fail.
     
    It should be noted that these APIs are on the same connector and that there are other APIs with these APIs and those work perfect. These two APIs are giving the issue. All APIs reference the same startup and closedown stages. I have tried recreating the microflows, Identifying the screens over, redeploying the project, cleaning the project but to no avail.
     
    Please let me know of any options that I can try or if you require any other information to assist.

    Rickson,

         There can be a few issues that are causing the problems you're experiencing. We would need to get a bit more information regarding the microflows you're creating . Also it would be nice to know which version you're using. It also sounds like you're creating Classic API microflows as well. Is this correct?Sometimes to diagnose these issues it's better to review everything while in a WebEx session. Please let me know what you're availability is so we can review what you're experiencing.

    Good Day,

    Please see attached with the installed versions. I would like to believe this is a classic microflow. Usually I would click microflow > new > multistage microflow. Unfortunately I would not have time for a meeting today but maybe we can schedule for tomorrow? I can accomodate between the hours of 8am to 4pm AST
