 New User Can't Connect to EOS PC

A new user who has never used EOS 360 on the PC or mainframe is getting  an error when trying to use EOS PC: "no functions authorized. The remote server does not recognize the identification."  We deleted and recreated her ERD profile, and uninstalled and reinstalled her PC software, but the error is still occurring. Does
anyone know what is causing this and how to resolve it?

Sorry to have missed you question.
Nevertheless you did the right thing, by opening a case for customer support.
Looks like your issue was related to a misconfiguration in the profile of the user. Happy to see it is solved.
