  • 1.  User access issues to EOS Access

    Good afternoon,

    a user just defined in EOS is having below issue in accessing assigned recipients: "Invalid parameter: Review your query parameters: (illegal sort parameter)".
    I've defined her user via RSD Admin console and our security team have assigned a provisional password, as done for any other EOS user. By looking at the screenshot it seems credentials are valid, so the problem may be located elsewhere (in instance, the 'Show filters' button looks somehow corrupted). 

    Could you please suggest some checks to do?

    Hello Massimiliano,
    I confirm the credential are valid, but there is an issue with the applied filter.
    First you can try to use the  "clear filter" button.
    If it does not work :
         Can you ask the user to logout, clean the browser cache, et login again ?
