    How do I change the behavior so that it opens the ulibrary.chm file specified in the common\adm\usys.asn file instead? Or how do I get the F1 to take me to the ulibrary.chm file?

    With a new entry in the [LOGICALS] section as DOCUMENTATION_LOCATION = chm:, the Help menu option does open the ulibrary.chm file.
