I have the same problem as Glyn, haven't received entitlement ID, therefore couldn't activate the software and unable to use it. A message "Entitlement ID: ID not found, please contact
uniface.licensing@rocketsoftware.com" was included in the email from Rocketsoftware. Please refer to the uploaded photo. Would you please give me any directions for solving this problem? Thank you.

It is unusual for the certificate to not be sent, it is normally delivered immediately. Please can you check your spam folder and if it is not there send the email address used to register to uniface.ce@uniface.com? It can then be checked and resent.
