I have the following doubt:

If I have Aldon LM(e) installed, it could integrate with the Oracle Forms, in case LMe do not have integration then could I use the deployment feature only ?

Could you please share documentation link to review details ?

Thank you for the question.
From what I'm seeing for 'Oracle Forms' and 'Customization', the artifacts that are edited/saved/deployed are .html?  If so, would manage just as you would any enterprise source that does NOT have an integrated IDE (like we do with Eclipse/Rational, Visual Studio...).  If the user manages the file changes in a local filesystem, point your development environment path to that location for add/checkout/checkin and LMe should be able to manage the files and you'll have access to archiving, source compare, etc...
After checkin, as you indicate, could use deployment options to update specific environments with the modified versions (or script additional processes that may be needed to deploy changes for use with your Oracle db).
Please let us know if you have further questions or if my assumptions regarding the form customization is off base.
