Rocket Forum is a community space where Rocket Software customers can ask questions, join discussions, and share ideas about the products they use. Each Product Forum focuses on a specific product or topic to help you find what matters most to you.

To see all available content, please register or log in.You can find the “Log In | Registration” button on the top right corner.Then, click on the “Member Log In | Registration” button If you’re a Rocket Software employee, hit the “Employee Log In | Registration” button

Browse the Product Forums section in the main menu to find product-specific areas you’re interested in. You can search or scroll to discover topics relevant to your work.

Yes! When logged in, you can create posts to ask questions, start discussions, or share suggestions and ideas. When posting, select the type of post that best fits your content and choose the most relevant Forum.

Our community moderators are here to help answer questions, direct new members, and make sure our guidelines are followed. Feel free to reach out to them if you need help or have concerns. Moderators are indicated as such on their profile.

If you notice something isn’t working right, please contact the Customer Community Manager ​@Martyna Uleviciute by a private message or email at community@rocketsoftware.com. We’ll work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

If another member’s post breaks community guidelines, report the post, or notify a moderator or the Customer Community Manager via a private message (​@Martyna Uleviciute). This helps us keep Rocket Forum supportive for everyone. 

You can connect by replying to posts, joining Product Forum discussions, tagging members using “@username,” or sending private messages (if enabled for your account).

You can adjust your email notifications in your Profile Settings under “Notifications.” Choose how you’d like to be notified about new replies, mentions, private messages, and forum updates. Each option can be customized or turned off if you prefer. Can I receive a daily or weekly summary emails?Email notifications are sent for each individual post or reply from the forums you’re subscribed to. While you can choose which forums or topics you receive emails from, there is no option for consolidated daily or weekly summary emails at this time.You can manage your notification preferences by selecting which forums or topics you want to receive updates from. Help the community get to know you! A complete profile makes it easier to connect and collaborate. To update your profile:  Click your profile picture in the upper right corner Select “Edit profile” Add your name, surname, and job title—so your peers know who you are Upload a profile picture (optional but highly recommended for great connections!) Tip: A friendly photo and clear information help you network and build relationships faster.

Want to keep up with conversations, updates, and new content relevant to you? Subscribe to your favorite Forums.Visit the Forum you’re interested in Click the Subscribe button at the top of the pageThe subscribe button sits at the upper right corner of the page, under the search and stats barThat’s it! You’ll now get notifications for new posts and updates in those Forums. Note: To modify your notification parameters (what activity you get notified for), please go to your profile -> Edit profile -> Notifications. Take control of how you stay in the loop—customize your notifications so you only get updates the way you want! To set your notification preferences:  Click on your profile picture in the upper right corner, then select Settings  Choose the Notifications section Adjust your preferences for each type of email notifications:  Replies:  Notify me only about the first new reply since my last visit Notify me about every reply  Subscriptions: Get alerts about new topics in groups and categories you’re subscribed to Best answer: Receive an email when an answer is marked as “best” in a topic you subscribed to  Mentions: Get notified when someone @mentions you in a topic or reply Private message: Receive an email if someone sends you a private message Campaigns: Get emails from the Rocket Forum team (news, important updates) Note: Replies via email are not supported—visit Rocket Forum to join in on the conversation!

Need to find a discussion, resource, or answer? Use the search bar at the top of any page, on the homepage, or within Forums. Type in a keyword or topic—our enhanced search will help you find posts, documents, events and more. 

Ready to join the conversation or need a solution?  Click the New Post button in the top right on any page Select your post type:   Question: Ask for help or solutions   Discussion: Share news or start a conversation  Add a clear title—related threads might pop up to help before you post  Write your post. You can attach files (.pdf, .doc, .png, .mp3, .mp4, and more), embed media, or add tables  Choose the most relevant Forum  Add or select tags for better visibility and searchability  Hit Post!

Want to get someone’s attention or invite them into a conversation? Tagging a member notifies them directly and helps make discussions more interactive! Here’s how to tag someone:  When writing a post or reply, type “@” followed by their username or name and surname (for example, @JohnSmith).  As you type, a list will appear—select the correct member from the dropdown.  Post your reply! The tagged member will get a notification that they’ve been mentioned.  Tip: Tagging is a great way to invite input, thank someone, or ask for follow-up from a specific community member. 

If you come across a post, comment, or message that doesn’t follow our community guidelines, it’s important to let us know so we can keep Rocket Forum safe and welcoming for everyone.Here’s how you can report a post:  Look for the three dots at the bottom of a post or comment. There, you’ll find the Report button next to the post or comment. Click the Report button and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your report.  If you do not see a report option, or if you prefer, you can always send a private message  to ​@Martyna Uleviciute or email to the Customer Community Manager at community@rocketsoftware.com, including a link to the post and a brief description of the issue.  All reports remain confidential, and our moderation team reviews them promptly to address any concerns.The Report button is located at the bottom of a post or a comment 

Need to have a private conversation or share information one-on-one? The private messaging feature lets you connect directly with other members. Here’s how to send a private message:  Click on the username or profile picture of the member you want to message.  This takes you to their profile page.  Look for the Send Private Message option and click it.  Write your message and send—it’s that simple!   Note: Private messages are only visible to you and the member you’re messaging.
