Navigating the Rocket Forum

 

At the top of every page, you’ll find our Mega Menu: Your navigation headquarters. Here’s a quick guide to the main sections

The Mega Menu sits atop each page

The Welcome section has the Getting Started and FAQ sections. This is your one-stop shop for community basics. Find tutorials, tips, and FAQs—right here, any time you need them! 

  • Forums: Jump into conversations!

    • Explore Product Forums where you can ask questions, share experiences, and connect with others using the same Rocket solutions. 

    • Other Forums: View all the additional Forums you have access to. Not seeing what you expect? Contact us at community@rocketsoftware.com. 

Product Updates: Stay current! This area houses announcements, feature releases, and all critical Rocket Software productnews. 

Events: Never miss a beat—discover upcoming webinars, meetups, and special events. 

Assets Library: Quickly access important files and resources. We’ve moved all existing files from the old Forum experience, with dedicated asset libraries matched to each Product Forum. 

 

Stay informed: Subscribing to topics

 

Want the latest news and conversations delivered to you? Subscribe to Product and Other Forums, or even the specific discussions within them by clicking the “Subscribe” button at the top of each page.

You’ll get email or platform notifications for new content—customize notification settings in your profile.

Looking for something specific? Our global search (available on every page) is powered by AI. Simply type a topic, keyword, or product name and find discussions, documents, and solutions—instantly. 

 

Share and connect: Posting and replies

 

Click New Post (top right of any page) to ask a question, or start a discussion. 

Rocket Forum will suggest similar threads as you type—perfect for finding answers! 

  • When posting, choose the right Product Forum to reach the ideal audience. Add tags for even better visibility. 

  • Reply to threads, comment, or use quote to clarify your response—especially helpful in active discussions. 

  • Tag members using @ and their username so they’re notified. 

  • Private messaging: Connect 1:1 for confidential conversations by visiting someone’s profile.

When a reply fully resolves your question, hit mark as helpful: This not only helps future members find solutions faster, but celebrates our community contributors!

Hi ​@Mike Young, indeed that is the case. I invite you to explore all available Forums here, and subscribe to the ones that are useful to you/you want to get notified about.
