Rocket Forum is a community space where Rocket Software customers can ask questions, join discussions, and share ideas about the products they use. Each Product Forum focuses on a specific product or topic to help you find what matters most to you.

To see all available content, please register or log in.You can find the “Log In | Registration” button on the top right corner.Then, click on the “Member Log In | Registration” button If you’re a Rocket Software employee, hit the “Employee Log In | Registration” button

Browse the Product Forums section in the main menu to find product-specific areas you’re interested in. You can search or scroll to discover topics relevant to your work.

Yes! When logged in, you can create posts to ask questions, start discussions, or share suggestions and ideas. When posting, select the type of post that best fits your content and choose the most relevant Forum.

Our community moderators are here to help answer questions, direct new members, and make sure our guidelines are followed. Feel free to reach out to them if you need help or have concerns. Moderators are indicated as such on their profile.

If you notice something isn’t working right, please contact the Customer Community Manager ​@Martyna Uleviciute by a private message or email at community@rocketsoftware.com. We’ll work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

If another member’s post breaks community guidelines, report the post, or notify a moderator or the Customer Community Manager via a private message (​@Martyna Uleviciute). This helps us keep Rocket Forum supportive for everyone. 

You can connect by replying to posts, joining Product Forum discussions, tagging members using “@username,” or sending private messages (if enabled for your account).

You can adjust your email notifications in your Profile Settings under “Notifications.” Choose how you’d like to be notified about new replies, mentions, private messages, and forum updates. Each option can be customized or turned off if you prefer. Can I receive a daily or weekly summary emails?Email notifications are sent for each individual post or reply from the forums you’re subscribed to. While you can choose which forums or topics you receive emails from, there is no option for consolidated daily or weekly summary emails at this time.You can manage your notification preferences by selecting which forums or topics you want to receive updates from.
