Hi, In Window Client, Zena has option to send the Process Item Output to notepad (see attachment).  Does Web Client have the same option?  If it has, can you help me to find it?   Another note...from Window Client we can get to Zena User's Guide (see attachment); however, in Web Client we could not.  Is it possible that you can give us that option?  Thanks.

In the Windows Client, disabled processes are clearly distinguished by being grayed out, making it easy to identify their status at a glance. However, the Web Client lacks this visual differentiation-both enabled and disabled processes appear identical, creating confusion for users who cannot easily determine which processes are active.  See picture below. Request: Is there a way to implement visual indicators in the Web Client (similar to the graying effect in Windows Client) so users can easily distinguish between enabled and disabled processes?  Thanks. ------------------------------Vina NguyenUniversity of California, IrvineIrvine CA US------------------------------

After we upgraded to Zena AEO version 4.5.1.28, we can’t create new view.  When we save the new view, the scheduler keeps spinning (see attached).  Please help.  Thanks.

If you need a quick way to prove services will run on time, see the real business impact of schedule changes, and deliver stakeholder-ready reports, spend 15 minutes watching our demoWhat you’ll see:How autonomous workload orchestration ensures business and application services meet SLAs without constant manual intervention. Live dashboards and pre-built reports that translate run status into business impact for executives and operations. What-if planning: simulate schedule changes, see downstream effects on delivery and SLAs, and compare alternative remediation options. Why it matters:Confident decisions: quantify the business impact of changes before approving them. Faster reporting: produce stakeholder-ready views without ad-hoc data pulls. Less firefighting: reduce escalations by catching schedule clashes and SLA risks earlier. In case the video player does not work,  watch it here.Have questions or want a tailored walkthrough for your environment? When creating a new task or process, we create them in Zena Dev and then import them to Zena Prod. In the new process, the "Select Default Agent" list includes all agents from both Zena Prod and Zena Dev environments. However, when creating a new task in the Zena Dev Web Client, the list only displays agents available in the Zena Dev environment. How can we configure the list to include agents from both Prod and Dev environments?  Thanks. The first picture is the Select Agent list for new Task.  There is no zena-p-agent listed.  The second picture is the Select Agent list for new Process.  It includes zena-p-agent.

How do I import the folders, PDP, SBS from Dev environment to Prod environment?  There is no option to import folders to Zena Prod.

Could you please let me know if we are able to call IDMC Taskflows through AEO Zena?  We have new integrations being built in IDMC in the future and wanted to know if there was a way to trigger these. IDMC Taskflows refers to Taskflows in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), which is Informatica's cloud-based data management platform.------------------------------Vina NguyenUniversity of California, IrvineIrvine CA US------------------------------

If you're curious about how agent volume impacts your workload performance, check out @Jonathan Arambula's blog post where discusses why monitoring agent volume —the number of tasks completed by each agent—is crucial for keeping your workflows running efficiently as your business grows. The blog covers: Why agent volume matters for stability and fault tolerance How to quickly identify and resolve bottlenecks Detailed instructions for viewing agent volume reports in Zena and Enterprise Orchestrator This is a great tips if you're troubleshooting slow processing or planning to scale your automation. If you have any additional questions or comments, please drop them below!------------------------------Olivia SultanovSolution Marketing ManagerRocket Forum Shared Account------------------------------

Understanding agent volume – or the number of tasks completed by each agent – is critical for maintaining system performance and stability. If you notice that processing times are longer than usual, it may be a sign that your agent volume needs attention. Regularly monitoring agent volume allows you to identify potential bottlenecks and optimize how jobs are assigned, making the most of your resources and ensuring your workflows continue to run smoothly as your business grows. So why does agent volume matter? Managing agent volume is critical because as your business grows, the number of workflows increases. Distributing jobs across a larger agent pool prevents bottlenecks and ensures workloads run on time. Also, if one node fails, other agents can pick up pending tasks, which minimize disruption. How to check agent volume in Zena and Enterprise Orchestrator To view the agent volume report: Navigate to Operations in the main menu. Under System Reports Click on Agents. Right-Click Se

The Zena window client can sort processes by status color (red for failed, orange for hold, green for active, blue for completed). We'd like the Zena web client's operations tab to have the same sorting capability. This would help operators quickly identify problems. The current alphabetical sorting is not practical for this purpose.  Below is the current sort for zena web client.

Challenge – Before Zena Before implementing Rocket® Zena, Brasilcap’s IT ecosystem was becoming increasingly complex. The IT team was struggling to keep up with the company’s workloads, especially since so much was executed manually. Brasilcap’s IT operators had to perform screen-to-screen access and execute business processes manually, none of which could run concurrently. Brasilcap wanted to automate critical workflows, improve control, bolster security, reduce errors and increase visibility into production processes. Solution – After Zena Through Rocket Zena, Brasilcap operators gained complete visibility into production level processes, empowering them to identify opportunities to further reduce operational risk. Human-in-the-loop (HITL) automation integrates human oversight and decision-making into automated systems, allowing humans to guide and validate the automation process.   A simple example is where a workflow pauses for an end-user to accept or reject an activity before continuing execution. One alternative to this is fully autonomous processes. However, HITL ensures business critical and compliance-sensitive actions get human oversight before they are finalized. The growth in capability around AI is driving change in Workload Automation and is moving us closer to Human-on-the-loop (HOTL) as a steppingstone towards full autonomy which can conjure up scary analogies popularized in Sci-Fi movies. Rocket has HOTL capabilities now within AI Predictive Pulse, an AI/ML combo providing insights into job and process execution that includes fault detection, SLA protection and predictive analysis. Human automation experts confirm or decline suggestions from the AI to help train the model. We will

Here are some frequently asked questions we receive often about AI Predictive Pulse – our AI Insights engine in Zena, Zeke, and Enterprise Orchestrator products.  Can you integrate with Tidal, Control-M or IBM TWS? Yes, we know our customers have different schedulers and we want to make sure you have visibility across your entire ecosystem. AI Predictive Pulse can provide a holistic view across a broad range of workload automation tools including  Zeke/Zena/Control-M, Autosys, IBM TWS, ROBOT (IBM i) and many more. Think if it as a heterogeneous enterprise view of all your jobs. How do we manage access to AI? This is a cloud-based managed service, so it’s not the same login that you use for Zeke/Zena but it’s a private and secure. You manage access. Where is the data for AI Predictive Pulse stored? This is a SaaS service but there is also a local on-prem database that  stores all the info in the DB. It is a single instance per customer so there’s no data sharing. The only
