In the Windows Client, disabled processes are clearly distinguished by being grayed out, making it easy to identify their status at a glance. However, the Web Client lacks this visual differentiation-both enabled and disabled processes appear identical, creating confusion for users who cannot easily determine which processes are active.  See picture below.

Request: Is there a way to implement visual indicators in the Web Client (similar to the graying effect in Windows Client) so users can easily distinguish between enabled and disabled processes?  Thanks.

Hi Vina,

Just as in the old Windows client, if the process item is disabled, its icon and text are grayed out in the diagram. We're also working on a change where, if the definition referenced in the process item is disabled, the process item will also appear grayed out.

May I ask which version of Zena you are currently using?

Hi Jonathan,

Thanks for the prompt response. We have version 4.2.1. We will upgrade to version 4.5.1 in Mid Oct. I am looking forward to seeing the update after the upgrade. Thanks.

Best,
