it's not clear to me what was updated, if a Zena definition (task process etc.) refers to a calendar and that calendar is updated it should be imported to be updated in the target environment as well as otherwise the scheduling criteria might be wrong, right now there is no way to exclude any object types from the import other than sorting on the type column and un-ticking the boxes for the objects (in your case calendars)
