Ok, here is what you need to do....

1. Start by checking your product compatibility. You can check if the version of LMi/LMe you have are compatible with the Rocket Jira Plug-in using the Rocket Lifecycle Manager Products and Plug-in Compatibility chart at https://docs.rocketsoftware.com. If it is not, contact us to discuss upgrading options.

2. Check with your internal Systems Administration team who are responsible for your JIRA Server and ensure you can install Plug-ins on your JIRA server instance.

3. Install the Rocket Ops Portal. This is a prerequisite requirement for the JIRA Plug-in. Check compatibility with your other products (LMi/LMe) using the compatibility chart mentioned above. Download the Ops Portal installation files and documentation from your Rocket Customer Portal account. Configure the connection to LMi/LMe. 4. Install the Rocket JIRA plug-in onto your JIRA Server Instance using the Rocket Aldon Lifecycle Manager Integration for Jira Administrator Guide. Ensure to read the 'Product Compatibility' section prior to installation.

5. Once the Plug-in is installed, use the Rocket Aldon Lifecycle Manager Integration for Jira Administrator Guide to:

• Configure the Ops Portal Connection
• Make the 'LM Release' field visible.
• Configure Automatic Task Promotion if required.
• Configure Users

6. Familiarise yourself and team members with the new JIRA Plug-in features using the Rocket Aldon Lifecycle Manager Integration for Jira User Guide.
