Add this to the enhancement request list please...
When checking out a source based item, create an empty source member in the source physical file.
If the source member is not created, the RDi plug-in can't open the item.

Pls open a support case for this one. The default behavior for RDOi (greenscreen or via plugin) for checkout will create a pf-src if it does not exist in dvp environment and copy the checked-out member.

I will look into opening a case, but in specific situation, the source pf exists but the source MEMBER is not created when checking out a new item.
