If you log into the Rocket Community portal and look in your Downloads section, you'll see:

10.4.0 Rocket DevOps Eclipse plug-in for Rational and Eclipse 
Rocket DevOps Eclipse plug-in 10.4.0 required only for compatibility with RDOe 10.4 and RDOi 10.4.

Apologies, I thought you already had access to the Community portal as you mentioned you had the plugin. How did you get it? Perhaps someone in your company downloaded it previously?

1. Go to https://www.rocketsoftware.com/en-us/support - click on Log in
2. If you haven't already signed up for an account, register and complete the application (takes 1 minute)
3. Once you have received an email confirmation, you can log in to Community portal, and there you will find the Downloads tab
4. From the Downloads page you should see the DevOps Eclipse plug-in folder
5. Select the folder and download the 10.4 plugin from there

The plugin was already done when I got my PC.

I registered and the Downloads button takes me to "Open AppDev for Z".  No RDi there.  How do I get it to show the RDi plugin?
