Complex regulatory compliance and reporting obligations can be time-consuming to track and fulfill, which raises the risk of non-compliance and the importance of DevOps. I was working with DevOps since last week, in my opinion the product is very good, the dashboard are really fantastic!!

You are reviewing an issue about offline installation (Development request ARDO-6309) additionally I have another issue with Compliance /Report section, when the comment filed is empty the report shows invalid character for example 404040404040 or FFFFFFF9D.

Could you please check this issue.

Please raise a 'normal' support case for issues that need to go through the lab.  I've captured the screenshot (thank you) for the lab request, but will need a support ticket to track the issue.

Please open a case with support.  I'm unable to replicate this issue you are seeing.
I've opened a dvp case ARDO-6373 but need to confirm steps to replicate outside of the Forum.
