For some reason this started showing up. It might be a useful feature except that I CAN'T TURN IT OFF!!!!
I've explored all the settings I can find. I found the online documentation where it says I can type "disable code lens" in the command window. I've done that. I even tried to bind the command to a keyboard combo and execute it that way. I've restarted VS code. It's still there taking up half my vertical space.
If you're going to add a feature like this you should make it easier to turn off an on. I shouldn't have to even ask this question.
Does anyone know how to turn if off?

I found out how to turn this off. Go to the settings (ctrl + ,) and search for "code lens". There's an editor setting named "Code Lens" that "Controls whether the editor shows CodeLens". Unchecking that box turns it off.
The Rocket documentation link from the extension (https://rocketsoftware.github.io/rocket-mvbasic/usage/CodeLens/) says you can type "enable code lens" or "disable code lens". That doesn't do anything. The documentation should be updated.
There doesn't seem to be anything you can type into the command prompt that will turn it off. You either have to edit the json settings file or search for it in the settings.
I never turned that setting on so I don't know why it was on. I also don't know why it doesn't show up for anything but mvbasic programs. Maybe it's a feature of the editor but the extension has to support it.
