Citrix, Excel and Extend

I created a program that will create an Excel spreadsheet from within my AcuCobol program. It works ok on my local pc, but when I try to run the program in the Citrix environment(where the users live) the results are not consistent. Sometimes the GetSaveAsFilename method will display the dialog box, but it is buried beneath the application and Atl-Tab is the only way to find it. Other times the dialog box never displays and the application just ends.

Any ideas on how to make the save box perform consistenly?
