Add the Merge & reconcile option available in Client Pack

Thank you for the idea Lisa. At this time however, this isn't an enhancement we're in position to pursue as it would require a near rewrite of the Client Pack code base. 

Merge and reconcile tools would be available in the ChangeMan Serena Client Pack tool.

    Merge and reconcile tools would be available in the ChangeMan Serena Client Pack tool.

    There is another Idea open asking for this functionality in Serena Central and an open enhancement request also exists in our system: ENH215853: Provide M+R functionality in ZMF4ECL.
