I'm migrating Changeman ZMF from v.7.1.1 to v.7.1.3 but when I trying to bypass security for testing every function before ask customer to test. It doesn't work ( Stubbing step in installation book). I cannot compile SERLCSEC when I change STUB=1 and VERFYID=0 (error message show undefined RACF$000 but in source it already have)
