Dev Staging and Prod Staging libraries missing - CMN plugin Patch4

Unfortunately, after researching this enhancement, we will not be able to consider for a future release. 

Hi

Under package view options, both "dev staging library" and "prod staging library" were not visible. It's expected that each time user may need to navigate to the corresponding component in order to know those libraries. Hence it would be nicer to have these features in package view options so all options are visible in one place.
