When the notification file is updated, the user will get a message 'NOTIFICATION UPDATED' on CMN@PRIM. We have changed the panel so that when the message appears, a .RESP=ENTER is forced to make sure people read the notification file.

It would be nice to have this as a buildin admin option that when the file is updated and people enter into ZMF the file is displayed.
