HLLX - have exit FREZ0101/RVRT0101 being called from CMNLIST3/4/5

CMNLIST3/4/5 - Unable to block Fx/RV command

FREZ0101 provides the ability to validate the package being 'manipulated'. When going via CMNLIST3/4/5 you are unable to pre-validate the options Fx. This is an inconsistent design. Exit FREZ0101 should be called when Fx is choosen on panels CMNLIST3/4/5

This way the same validation will be executed independent from where the freeze/unfreeze options selected

The same applies to the RVRT0101 exit point.

    Further experience with HLLX shows that DM/PR on panels CMNLISTx are calling the exit point PRDM0100, so one could argue that the not calling of exit point FREZ0101 and RVRT0101 is a flaw in the consistency of HLLX processing from within the panels CMNLISTx

    This issue has been included in DEF291164. This is currently pending assessment/resolution from the R&D team.
