Knowledge Doc: ZMF4ECL 8.2 Patch 6 not displaying the ZDDOPTS PKGCREAT (Package Create) member screen

The package creates user options panel (i.e. the user options defined in the ZDDOPTS PKGCREAT member) is not always displayed when creating application change packages within ZMF4ECL. The issue is intermittent and affects ZMF Servers tasks running different levels of software.
