When creating a package in ZMF4ECL, if the ‘No implementation instructions’ option is selected the package is always generated with the Manual scheduler option. This is regardless of the ‘Default job scheduler’ specified in application admin options (A.A.1 Part 2 of 4).

Issue recreated running against both 8.2 Patch 7 and 8.3 Server environments.
