Query Component panel to allow package query

When querying a component, ZMF displays a list of packages where the component can be found. It would be useful to have an option to query one of these packages, instead of only being able to select the compile and link edit options used.

Panel CMNCMPH1 will need to be enhanced. As well as option S to display panel CMNCMPH2, a new option is required to perform the same functionality as QP.

This was delivered in ZMF 8.2.0. Even more has been added since in the 8.2 patches all the way to patch 5. Many more commands than just querying a package. Things like checkout, stage, browse list and baseline.
