Idea for STARBAT improvement.  Allow a mass rename of PDS members using NEWMBRS parm with an asterisk as a wildcard

DD01 COPYMBR MEMBERS=*OLD,NEWMBRS=*NEW

Currently this doesn't work.  The hyphen "-" is the only allowed wildcard character.
