Hi,

Has anyone ever tried to setup VS Code - ZMF Explorer on Citrix

Or would there be any issues to be aware of?

Thank you

Best regards

Johan

The ZMF Explorer is an extension running under VSCode.
There are a number of pre-reqs all of which would need to work correctly under Citrix - notably VSCode  and any additionally required extensions, Node,js and zowe etc.
I think it will be a case of try it and see.

Hi David,
We have been able to get all up and running, except for IBM Z Open Editor when editing PL1 programs. At first the copybooks are being resolved, but immediately after the Language Server crashes.
I have been looking via the Developer Console, but unable to find the issue.
I still need to create an issue in the GitHub of IBM Z Open Editor
Best regards

I cannot speak for IBM but have you ensured that you have all the pre-reqs in place for IBM z/Open Editor  - in particular, the correct Java runtime.

The z/Open Editor logs may provide some indication of the problem. These can typically be found in the installed extensions folder.
