Best Practice Set Up for iCluster Groups

When configuring iCluster on a new cluster, we recommend that each Group has it's own Staging Store library as well as its own journal & receivers. This will improve overall performance and make maintenance and fire-fighting any issues easier.

So, for example, before creating new Group STOCKAPP we would do the following (names are just suggestions):

1. create staging store library STKSTAGE
2. create journal receiver STK0000001 in library AAAJRNLIB (journal receiver threshold - 3500000)
3. create journal STKJRN in library AAAJRNLIB (Minimize entry specific data *FLDBDY)
