Problem:

By default, any IMS databases created in an MFE project, will be created in the project\\DATA

directory.

How can this be changed or predefined in MFE..?

Resolution:

In the workgroup view, highlight DATA LIBRARIES, in the correct workgroup level, and use right click to see the context menu.

Choose ADD DATA FOLDER

When the dialogue is displayed, change the TYPE to IMS DATA,

leave the location type as FOLDER.

Use the browse button to navigate to the directory  to use for IMS Data.

Add a description and click OK

The IMS DATA Libraries entry appear in the workgroup.

All the time this entry is checked with a tick, yoany IMS databases will be created in that directory.
