In the Region's ES Monitor & Control screen > Clients > Do you see the connection listed, if yes are you able to terminate the session from there?

We see lot of sessions displaying but there is no button to operate.

Are you logged in with admin privileges, e.g. SYSAD?

If further assistance is required for this then please consider to raise a support case, where one of my colleagues will be able to test / research this further for you.

In the ESMAC > Control > Seps you can terminate sessions, if you know which PID they are using.
