This is a follow on to the question about updating the user list.

I have "inherited" admin of a 5 user system. EA with BRm is installed on 5 client machines with a server based repository. How do I "manage" user names. If one is currently PSMITH, how would I change it to PJONES?

Also where is the user name stored?

Is there a cheat sheet of best practices for how to set up EA?

With 5 users, should everyone be "clicking" on the same .rwp file to connect to the repository or should each user have his own .rwp file, and is it even possible for each user to have his own?

Simple questions but often it is important to get the simple things right at the beginning
