cURL 7.52.1 S0C1 abend

Hello:

Just downloaded cURL and when I try my first test I get a S0C1 abend. Is there a machine level dependency?
We are running a Z10.

It took a dump and if I believe AbendAid it says:

The next sequential instruction to be executed in load module *PATHNAM

was at displacement 00010434 from the load point of the module.

The system completion code of 0C1 is issued when the operation code

detected is invalid or not implemented for this computer model.

The ORK R0,R3,R0 instruction could not be executed because the

z/Architecture Distinct-Operands Facility is not installed on this

system. Display the z/Architecture extensions available at the time of

the abend.
