Getting unstaged file in Rocket git in Z/OS platform

Hi Team,

I am trying to clone the repo from Bibucket to IBM IDz by Egit and Rocket git but some unstaged files are coming from the Bitbucket server everytime.
Could you please suggest what should be the solution for this?

    I am not sure what you mean by unstaged files that coming are from the server. Could you explain in more detail what you are doing, which commands you run and what that output?

    This could relate to the issue I reported: Git file status modified after git reset --hard | Open-source Languages & Tools for z/OS (rocketsoftware.com)
    We currently perform 5 git reset --hard consecutively to bypass the problem.
