I need to upload and Install python on z/OS (MVS Segment). How can I do that?

I am having a hard time finding, uploading python to my z/OS. As a matter of fact, I need both python and nodejs for z/OS. Can someone please educate me how to get my problem resolved?
I have spent a few days thrashing on this problem, so any assistance will be highly appreciated.

    You can download the python source from https://my.rocketsoftware.com/RocketCommunity#/downloads, search for python, click on USSP-705 and you will be presented with a window.
    I have installed python-2017-04-12-py36.tar.gz following the instructions in the README available in the same page.
